- Dry Sauna – aimed at people who enjoy it dry and hot. During this type of bath, human skin cleanses itself at temperatures 90110°C with 510% humidity. The best for toughening up your body.
- Infrared Sauna – a sauna without steam with low air temperatures (4065°C), where instead of traditional stoves there are special ceramic infrared radiators. This system of extremely deep infrared penetration of the body is aimed at everyone. It forces your body to excrete not only water but fat, cholesterol, heavy metals, acid and toxic compounds.
- Sensation Shower – it affects senses through colourtherapy and a choice of appropriate programmes with a possibility of regulating the intensity and directions of water.
