The Menu in the Palace Restaurant, prepared by chefs from Hotel Anders, is a composition of modern dishes, however in the atmosphere of the history and location of the Hotel.

Thus, the Menu contains homemarinated salmon on a potato pie with horseradishpoppy mousse, as a hot snack.
For the main course, fish – a fried pikeperch fillet with dried leek, chanterelle in cream and potato balls with dill or a game dish – a saddle of venison in dried ham with dumplings stuffed with cabbage and mushroom.
For a dessert, we offer frozen honey pate with nuts, dried and candied fruit.
For business groups, we prepared a special menu, ideal for night feasts or outdoor events.
