The Anders Hotel Chef is Dariusz Struciński, a titled chef, a juror in best culinary contests in Poland, an organiser of Culinary Festival SIELAWA BLUES (Whitefish Blues), which takes place here every year.

The location of the Hotel – among forests and lakes, gives an opportunity to prepare a menu including natural and fresh products such as fish, mushrooms or game. This plus extraordinary experience of our chefs allows for preparing specialities which will satisfy even the most fastidious palates.

  1. Carp fillet served with barley and boletus with onion preserve,
  2. Pikeperch with trout grilled in Rome salad with grilled potato, with sauce from Balkan yoghurt, with coriander and chives.
